Dr. Todd Sharp himself is nice and knowledgable with up to date technology. However, staff members are very rude and unhelpful. So much to the point that I will not go back. Terrible customer service. I should have gotten the clue when I saw an actual public argument between the guy in the front there and another customer. The customer was being a little rude too but now I see why! Seriously who knows how much he was pushed by their nasty attitudes first. Plus, having a 3:15 appt. and being seen at 5pm is unacceptable. I will see Dr. Sharp again when he gets a new office manager and the guy in the front.

recommend seeing another dental office- staff insincere and phony

Dr. Sharp is a very good dentist. He is the nicest dentist you can find anywhere. His new office has all the latest equipment but I don't like the TVs at the chairs but that's just me. I turn it off and read when I'm waiting. The only problem is that if you don't have a good dental insurance plan, Dr. Sharp's prices have gone up to probably pay for the high cost of the new office, more employees, etc. so I have to change to a dentist who can take my dental plan. He can't take any HMO plan unfortunately and the dental discount plan is not much help.Also he only does one type of crown and it's expensive so if you want a different crown, you have to go elsewhere.
