Saw Dr. Chad Palmer for a shoulder (severe pain) problem several months ago in Braselton office. Gave me two cortisone shots about a month apart. Took Xrays beforehand and said 'no tears etc.' 'If shots don't work you need to go to PT - there's one across hall'. He seemed disinterested, rather bored, little eye contact etc. Then I met a GOOD Orthopedic surgeon, who took Xrays, scans and did an MRI in August this year. Showed large tear in right shoulder, did rotator cuff surgery on Aug. 19 and I'm slowly healing (over 70 yrs old). DO NOT RECOMMEND CHAD PALMER AT ALL!

This is my experience 2 wks ago at palmers braselton office. Front desk person was wonderful, I arrived 30 min early in order to fill out paperwork, etc. I was assured palmer was running on time. This is where my appt went downhill. Approximately one hour and fifteen minutes after my appt time, I was quickly(literally, I had to jog to keep up with her) and silently (no hello, smile, nothing) dumped into a room where this assistant? nurse? rushed through my reason for the visit. After telling her of my loooooong wait, she said there was an issue that the dr had leave to take care of. No apology, no "sorry for your wait". I am an understanding person; if I had been told initially that the dr had an issue and the wait would be one hour or more to see him, I would have rescheduled gladly. palmer came in and rushed through my appt. 5 minutes with the dr after a loooooong wait? I will never go back. Maybe you had a different experience with this office; I sincerely hope you did.
