Last 2 receptionists nasty. Kronland must instruct this behavior. Came to dread phoning. Defensive, dishonest (order sent!!!! 2x stated this, not true per SNMH!!!) Now charged me for missing appt due to family emergency. Plus I am unemployed at this time. Been patient for more than 10 yrs... no courtesy extended. Lazy doctor too. Refused to go to extra work to get my proper meds that WORK, due to insurance degredation due to Obamacare. Provided insur forms to inform med insur approved of don't work for me. Never did it. On meds that did NOTHING. Kronland never smiles either. She should not be a physician, yet she is now the Palliative Care Physician. Heaven help the ill, and elderly. Nothing warm or kind about this doctor!!!!

I wouldn't want anything serious to be wrong with me. She is okay for minor problems and setting up yearly check ups. Don't ever miss an appointment for any reason. You still have to pay and the staff is not very nice about it.
