Great doctor. Extremely caring, takes his time in appointments to explain everything. An appointment with him is worth the wait.

One of the best doctors I've ever been treated by. Really is efficient and doesn't over medicate me. He takes time to listen and then begins my examination. Excellent staff as well. I give him an A rating over and over again. Speaks very clear English and I inderstand everything ehen I keave my appointment.

He did not show up in the office the day of my appointment. I had a three hour wait and was not notified.

It took him two weeks to review my pulmonary test and that was only after I complained about waiting for results.

Dr Varraux is a wonderful, caring and patient advocate doctor. He is so thorough with his patients and works hard to make sure he diagnoses his patients correctly. He spends at least 15 or more minutes with each patient which is only proper because you as the patient want him to hear and understand your problem. Yes the wait at times seems unbearably long, but it is worth every second of the wait when you are with him and he has diagnose you correctly and you are feeling better in the long run. Which is worst, the long wait or being herded through as cattle in a pen? In one door and out the other in less than a minute? Think about it and then make your decision between a caring and concerned doctor or a warehouse physician.

Nasty staff. Horrible Experience. The only thing worse than the staff themselves is them not knowing when the Doctor is coming. I waited three hours after my appointment time before I asked what the hold up was. I was told they don't know when the Doctor is coming.

Don't waste your time with this practice.

His wife needs to stay out of the practice. Office dirty and staff overwhelmed due to disorganization. Doctor ridiculously late and way overbooking if appointments. Look elsewhere

All I can say is the staff in the Clermont is rude and uninformative. Maria that works in that office is mouthy. Two appts., both waited over 1.5 hrs. and never saw a Dr. The second time I had a 11:00 am appt. At 12:30 when we asked about when we would see the Dr., Maria let us know that the Dr. comes in whenever he feels like it. I said that we were leaving and would find another Dr. I suggested to Jessica (the girl at the reception desk) that it might be nice if they would let the patients know that tidbit of information. Maria, bounded out of the office into the reception area and office entrance yelling at me, "Excuse me, Excuse me, what did you say". When I told her she was rude, she yelled down the hallway in the medical center, "No, you are rude". Dr. Varraux, my husband and I loved your bedside manner but you need to change your staff in the Clermont office. Ms. Maria could use a bar of soap in her mouth and a pink slip.

I was referred to Dr. Varraux by my PC Doctor. Called for appointment and got one within 10 days. They sent out paperwork to fill out prior to visit. Glad they did, about 10 pages of info to fill out. Arrived for appointment 10 minutes early. Signed in and sat for 1 hour in waiting room. No one talked to me. Finally they came and took my BP. Then, put me in a room and left me there. After 20 minutes and 1 hour and 20 minutes in office after scheduled appointment, I went out to ask the staff when I would see the doctor. They stated that there were still 2 more patients ahead of me. BUT, the doctor never leaves without seeing all his patients for that day. As a new patient, and being treated like this, I left the office.. They asked me to reschedule and I said I would call them. Yeah, right. Evidently, he has too many patients now and can't handle anymore. Wish I had read previous reviews before going to this Doctor.
