The office refused to acknowledge my vision insurance even though I gave them my insurance card which confirmed that I am covered. They forced me to choose frames that were not covered and charged me inordinately. They also charged the routine eye exam to the medical part of my insurance in the amount $625.00. Their total bill for a routine eye exam with glasses was $1,030.00. This case in still in dispute. I do not recommend this doctor or eye care to anyone.

I traveled a great distance to see the doctor based on recommendations from a friend. I have a cornea problem, and have seen multiple cornea specialists, including doctors at the major eye hospitals in the area (Penn/Scheie and Wills Eye). I found Dr. Chaudhry to be fabulous. He was very personable, and knowledgeable. I was not in a clinic like setting, and got treated like a person. I first saw Dr. Spooner the day of the visit, who was also very nice, and she did the first part of the evaluation before Dr. Chaudhry came in. As it turns out, my surgery was a great success.

I had gone to his office for my general eye examination. He was very indifferent through out the examination and hiss diagnosis was a nominal change in my lense power, which I believe was correct. His office charged me way more than what my co-pay required. I had to call several times to get it back. Secondly, I wanted to buy lense from a retail store where I could get it cheaper. I had to keep following up with his office for over a month to get my prescription faxed. Overall, I won't recommend Dr. Chaudhry.
