Dr. Castelli and staff are amazing! I normally hate going to the doctors but he gave me the best experience I’ve ever had when it comes to any type of healthcare. Highly recommended to any woman looking for a gyno/OB. He acted quickly when I broke a temperature during labor and ensured my baby was safe by choosing to conduct an emergency c section. Dr. Castelli genuinely cares about his patients and well-being. He went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I had a safe labor and delivery. He is a man of integrity and phenomenal doctor and surgeon. My husband and I are so grateful for him leading us through our pregnancy and delivery of our baby girl. Doctor Castelli has been wonderful! He delivered my baby six weeks ago, and handled all of my prenatal care. He is both respectful and accommodating. I cannot recommend him & his office enough.

Dr Castelli and Dr Hirshman were wonderful when I switched OBGYN providers half way through my pregnancy, they are a great team. I have been to many providers in the recent years due to relocation and can say that this team is one of the best. The office staff is SO friendly and caring, they definitely do not make you feel like an extra number. I am so happy to have found quality providers that make me feel comfortable and heard when I go there. Thank you for all you do!

Dr. Castelli helped welcome our first daughter Penelope into the world. Our experience far exceeded our expectations. He made us feel comfortable and safe through one of the most vulnerable times in our lives (myself and my husband). I will never go with another OBGYN. Dr Castelli and Sandy are the best in the area! I don’t even live close anymore and I still see them because I refuse to switch. I have been seeing Dr. Castelli for a little over 5 years now. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to listen to your questions. Sandy is caring and makes me feel very comfortable; they both do!

We found Dr. Castelli about 6 years ago, when we were expecting our first child. We LOVE him and Sandy and the whole crew at WHCS. We have 4 children, and I have received prenatal care for each of them with Dr. Castelli, and it's always been a wonderful experience. He's attentive, thorough, and encouraging, and he empowers me (and my husband!) to feel competent and comfortable through each pregnancy and delivery. Coming back to him with each pregnancy has been a joy and I've loved building a relationship with him and his practice over the years. Though we've moved to Downingtown (previously lived in Ardmore) I will still continue to see him for general GYN care (and prenatal care should we have any more children!) because we have appreciated his care so much. Highly, highly recommend!

Dr. Joseph Castelli is extremely professional and easy to work with. He delivered both of my boys (3 years apart) and it was a wonderful experience both times. Nervousness and anxiety is very common with pregnancy but Dr. Castelli makes everything very easy. We moved an hour away from Bryn Mawr after my first delivery and second time around; we still decided To take a chance of an hour drive for labor and delivery; just because I didn’t want to go to any other OBGYN. Dr. Castelli is very knowledgeable and his work ethics says it all. If you are looking for Experienced, Reliable, professional and Caring Doctor for your needs; look no Further; Dr. Castelli is the BEST. I would highly recommend him.

I would recommend Dr. Castelli to anyone! I have been a patient since 2016 and I have always felt at ease and relaxed in his care. He took care of me through two pregnancies and delivered my first baby. His office staff is wonderful and I always felt comfortable asking questions and he always listened to my concerns.
