I agree with the awesome comment, of the staff and Dr. Johnson. If you have to wait, maybe it's because they genuinely care that a person feels safe and comfortable. Get over hurry, hurry and accept that quality and caring take time.
I loved them and I get to go back. Who is on call day and night in any profession?

OMG, this office was awesome. Was in tears with worry going in. Frontdesk staff were very understanding reassured me that I was in good handsand with Dr Johnson and his staff. Loved the assistant an English lady, she was very comforting and carming. She took time to talk to me through what to expect from my tooth being fulled out. Had a warm blanket ready for me and stayed in the room throughout the whole appointment. Dr Johnson was very professional and sincerely concerned with my nervousness. He had a very carming chairside manner. After it was all done, I couldnt believe I had allowed myself to get all worked up. The assistant went through what to expect after the surgery. She stated to call the office night or day if I am worried at all with the healing. Needless to say everything was great the Dr made sure I had suffient pain pills. Was great I was able to get them from the office so was able to go straight home and rest. TRUELY PEOPLE, I saw the reviews previously stating about having to wait 45 minutes as they are running late. I would wait this 45mins because I was cared for like I was the only patient that day..........

I needed to get a wisdom tooth out ASAP, and I was able to schedule a morning evaluation and afternoon extraction for the day after I called the office. I decided to get all four out at once. Seemed very knowledgeable and gave straight answers to questions about complications. Gave steroids beforehand to prevent swelling (no one can notice a chipmunk look!), use a centerfuge to spin out red blood cells of your own blood and then put that over the sutures to help make a faster clot and prevent dry socket, and used an anesthetic that had me awake only 10 minutes or so after the surgery, feeling pretty awake and with it. Overall, a very good experience for a procedure I was dreading. The 3pm appointment didn't start until 3:45 though, so not very punctual. And my chin/lower lip is still numb about 9 hours later, I'm not sure why that one area got so much local anesthetic.

Staff was rude, doctor was rushed, treament was unskilled, and the experience was aweful. I would recomend going to a more professional environment. I would have complained about the staff but I found out the staff is almost entirly family members.

Referred to Dr. Johnson when I had to get a tooth extracted before my other dentist got back from vacation. I was in pain even with the medication the other doctor had given me. Dr. Johnson adjusted my meds and I left there not feeling any pain. My subsequent tooth extraction went efficiently and painlessly. Very friendly dentist who answered all my questions and put me at ease.
