Only concerned with oscopies. Does not listen. Impossible to book appointment. No empathy. Tell the staff its an emergency and they will book an appointment a week later. Offers no tangible diagnosis. Gets impatient if you question him. Arrogant. I went to him with a specific complaint months ago after an episode that had me hospitalized. Ignored my complaints with an instruction to use Benefiber then scheduled a colonoscopy that I really didn't need. After the procedure I asked him when we would address my specific GI problems. He said to set a follow up appointment. The earliest he had was 3 months! By then I had real bad issues, lost 10 lbs in a week violent pain. It took me many calls to get an appointment. If you work forget being accommodated. Just take time off. Finally got in after being sassed on the phone by his staff. I was told to take Benefiber. Its been 3 weeks still suffering. cant eat was in bed for over a week. lost work time.

I went to this office despite some negative comments, looks like they came out true. The office staff is absolutely horrible. Not answering calls, no one is available, they treat customer piece of garbage. The office was not even able to send prescription to the pharmacy although they tried 3 times.I went for David Steven, then after long wait, bleicher showed up and said welcome to the club. That's it. Realized that his office did not meet with expected quality care standards of my insurance company and I canceled the colonoscopy, thank God I did. Beware and Stay away from his office!!

Used to love him, but now am seeking new provider. VERY LONG wait time both to get an appointment and in waiting room to be seen. Average of one hour plus before you actually see a doctor. It does seem that the main focus is in procedures and not much else. The doctor stops in the room for less than 20 seconds after you spend most of your time with a nurse practioner who knows nothing of your history and is wasting time reviewing it with you. This was a much better practice when it was small - now it's grown and just a waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor - find a doctor who has time to spend and where you can readily get an appointment when you need to be seen.

I was under treatment with him, and reported to him by phone what I later discovered were the symptoms of actual appendicitis - he showed no interest, did not offer to see me, dismissed my concern, and suggested I should go to the emergency room if I was worried. His main interest is performing 'oscopies.

Doesn't give adequate time. Long wait time. Little regard for your time and suffering.
