I have seen this staff get very hostile with children and parents. My son went in there and they made him feel so bad about himself he does not want to go back. I saw a child say he was sick, and the assist started getting mad at him, then went and said to his dad "why did you bring him in sick?" the dad said "i Didnt hes not sick" then the assist started going on about how she did not know who to believe obviously someone was lying and she didnt want to be sick. then the receptionist started in with him too. it was like 2 bullys going after him. The quality of this ortho is sub par to say the least. they are slow with appts, when anything breaks you cant get in to see them for at least 2 weeks. even if your child is in pain. I wish i could get my money back and take my child to My ortho. the reason i went to her was she was cheap, with a small down payment. now my child has made no progression and does not want to go back. I have no choice i paid 6000 cash for these braces and this is where i sit.
