Dr. O'Connor is one of the best doctors I've ever met in my life and most definitely the best eye doctor. He's exceptional in every way from his incredible bedside manner, personable and genuine conversation to his vast wealth of knowledge , he's an incredibly well rounded doctor. He cares about his patients, you're not just a number and he most definitely ensures you get the best exam and care possible. Dr. O'Connor speaks to you in terms you can understand and take the time to explain everything in depth, answering any and all questions you have along the way. My husband and I both see him along with several friends and we all love him and we all pay out of pocket just to do so since they don't take our insurance, worth every penny. Thank you so much for being exceptional.

Dr O’Connor is fantastic. I went to him for years and only stopped because he accurately diagnosed an eye condition that requires a specialist. I knew I was in good hands every year for my eye care.

I left 5 stars for the staff and punctuality because they were required fields, but it’s been too long for me know about those for sure

We have been going to Dr. O'Connor for over 20 years. My husband, myself, and 4 of my 6 children have needed prescriptions - all with Dr. O'Connor. He is just one of the nicest guys I've ever met and a great, great doctor. Since he loves to chat, you may have to wait if you get an appointment later in the day - but it's worth the wait. Even when we had eye insurance that they didn't take, we stuck with Dr. O'Connor. The one person in these reviews that did not give a 5 star rating actually rated the difficulty in receiving a copy of her prescription, not Dr. O'Connor. He is excellent, and most of the staff are also very friendly and knowledgeable.

When I asked physicians and patient services staff that live in my neighborhood who they'd recommend for an eye doctor, several people suggested Dr. Doug O'Connor. Well, they were right! He is terrific. Friendly, professional and thorough. He is just great.

I used to really like my last optometrist, but when my insurance changed, I could no longer go to him. I spent several years where I could not find a doctor that I liked or trusted, so I just pretty much gave up, until I got a piece of metal in my eye and had no choice but to go. Thankfully, I found Dr. O'Connor and he was great. I now have a new Optometrist that I am very happy with. I actually enjoy going to the eye doctor now.

Beginning with the staff, they are down to earth and very easy to deal with. You can tell they are genuinely proud to work with Dr. O'Connor. They smile when you mention his name. As for Dr. O'Connor himself, I can only say he is absolutely the most patient, thorough and comprehensive eye Doctor I have EVER had the pleasure to meet! I have a hard Rx to refract. Dr. O'Connor has patiently and consistently taken the time to get my Rx absolutely perfect! He does not even accept my medical plan. I pay out of pocket to continue seeing him as my eye Doctor he is that good! He is the best, and that is not a exaggeration.

Been going to Dr. O'Connor for last 15 years and he is awesome. Very knowledgeable and explains in laymen's terms what is going on with your eyes. Thorough and Personable wouldn't trade him for anyone else.

Dr.. O'Connor is the BEST eye doctor I have EVER visited. He helped me more than I can ever repay!!! He is the eye doctor you wish you would have found years ago!!! He takes his time and actually cares about patients. What a Gentleman!! Hope he stays in business forever!!
