I have been seeing Dr Dominguez for several years and love her professionalism. She is most knowledgeable and helpful. However, her front office girl needs to pay attention to what the patient is asking and remain professional specifically when she makes a mistake. I called for a specific prescription refill and she gave me "I will let the Dr. know" and hung up. About one hr later she called me and told me I had a prescription already. I knew I didn't but checked with all my pharmacies, first on line and second by phone, to confirm. She was incorrect. I called her again and asked to check again, she refused and became petulant. I asked for a copy and she said OK but she was going to lunch in 30 min. When I arrived at the office 30 min later she was offended by having to make a copy. She handed the prescription to me, I looked at it and realized it was not what I asked for, that's when she really became petulant.... The rest of the story I better not mention.
