Staff is rude , unprofessional, I waited in the heat outside because he wasn't even in at my appointment time, then the male nurse said he found my chart with a prescription he had left for me. Waiting area was packed. Disorganized to say the least

Very compassionate and knowledgeable . Staff was very friendly and helpful. I like his Kenner location much better then the Metairie locations

Dr Ceasar has very good bed/table side manners.I will definately see him again
