Literally need to stand by and wait until he decides to get to you. Procedure scheduled for 11am - they call night before saying its been moved to 8:00 (be there by 6:15am) Comes in says we are first procedure...Nurse comes at 8 says he’s going to do another person first. 😳 8:30 now he needs to run an errand 😳 9am any minute now. 9:15 now maybe 10:00am 😳Still not here

Not sure if pleased or not. I was and now I am not. This survey doesn't state anything about wait times here and that is important. To note your avg. wait time is 1.5 to 2.0 hrs. Yes, that is true atleast since July 2017. You may have to leave as I did when it was 2 hrs. 20 min. over my appt. time. He can be curt but if other people around he is nicer/more compassionate. Not sure why that is. If you have multiple complex issues that are 'not" pain related he doesn't seem to grasp the acuity of those other conditions. I am in between right now. Will see at my next appt.

Dr. Koehler is exceptional. He is a doctor to grade others from, actually visiting me in my room the day after a complicated surgery to verify that I was OK and the pain was taken care of. Unheard of from an anesthesiologist. I can not say enough about the character of Dr. Koehler.
