I have been going to Dr. Posada for many many years and I rate him as a wonderful dentist, kind and considerate and very knowledgeable. However his staff is a different story, The new x-ray technician is rude, condescending and treated me with no respect. I was concerned about the radiation regarding eighteen x-rays she was going to do and rudely told me I'm exposed to more radiation at Los Alamos Lab then with x-rays she was doing. She rudely told me I knew nothing about radiation and then made unkind comments behind my back and under her breath. She then rudely proceeded to tell me that my visit was out of pocket I didn't understand and asked her to explain and then she walked away and commented under her breath again that I knew nothing about radiation or the out of pocket charge. I asked her what her problem was and told her she was rude, and disrespectful and then she went and got the office manager. I explained to the office manager the situation and then I walked out. If the x-ray technician continues to work there I will find another dentist.
