I saw Dr. Bisson as a fill in. I was very disappointed in her bedside manner. I felt as if she could not be bothered. She did not even knock before coming into the room. I voiced a concern with her and she said she'd check on it but did not even do so. My question was completely ignored. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that perhaps she was having a bad day but now that I'm seeing these other reviews, I'm realizing that the experiences are consistent. I hope this feedback helps her to work on her bedside manner so other women don't have this experience. Every Dr. should be empathic , even more so with women and childbirth issues / fertility etc. Otherwise, I ask, why be a Dr.? I really hope she does not end up delivering my baby. It is not the experience that I want.

I went to see Dr. Bisson 3 weeks ago for the first time. She was socially awkward and wasted my time but worst of all- she knew I was trying to conceive and could've been pregnant and put me on a UTI antibiotic that is harmful for pregnancies. I took it not knowing and it turns out I am (and was) pregnant at the time!! I am really upset and angry at her carelessness. Also, her first comment to me after I said, "I'm trying to conceive, what should I be doing different with my diet, etc?" was, "Well once you've been trying for a year, you're officially infertile." She also told me it's fine to continue drinking while trying to conceive. This lady should not be practicing medicine.

This women is HORRIBLE! She has no bed side manner, and is so completly unsympathetic and just plain RUDE. I am a young married woman and have been trying to have a child for over and year and she basically said my last doctor who diaged me with PCOS was wrong and I probably ovulate and that I will have to go through a painful procedure at the hosptial to elimate other things before she would be me on meds to ovulate!

I know this review is a bit late but here goes. I went in Nov 2007 to talk to the Doctor about my irregular cycles and some strange hair growth my GP said I should talk to my GYN about. Without doing any testing of any sort she told me I have PCOS. The only solution she offered was for me to lose weight. While yes I could stand to lose some the fact that she looked no further than my size is unprofessional and unhealthy.

this lady was just rude. i went in twice and on the 2nd appt i walked out so upset i never returned. she has an issue with young parents. i was married for 5 months b4 we even became pregnant... as if it was her business but when i was told the next appt we could hear the heartbeat she was like and you might want the "father" to be here too... all said with an attitude. she also wasnt thrilled i chose to not have every test on the planet done. yeah she was rude.
