Dr. Wykstra really cares about his patients overall health. He is very skilled at performing surgical procedures and follows up with genuine concern for his patients. Dr. Wykstra takes time to answer, discuss and recommend the best for your circumstances. His medical staff is very warm and friendly. The front office staff is just the opposite. They treat a person as if they are dirt beneath their feet with no good customer service at all. They like to hide behind their closed glass windows so they don't have to contend with you.
