Regret!! Regret!! Regret!! I have nothing but REGRET going to this Dentist and allowing her to work on my teeth!!! She got paid by my Insurance, then left my mouth totally ruined with NO CARE OR CONCERN to try and fix the mess she left me with!!! My current Dentist is in AWE by the work she did!!!

The experience I had here, the first time I went was good the dental hygienist knew what was going on. She is down to earth and easy to talk to. The second experience I had was very different I was told I need antibiotics delivered into my gums which cost over $300.00 and it was not helping with the real problem it was no solution. It's come here every 3 months and you are going to need to have antibiotic treatment which every knows that doctors or dentists that through this at you. it's like throwing fairy dust on a problem and saying "you need this"!! even though you are healthy. What is really the down side to dentistry is that it seems like dentists don't care about the patients. it's how you are going to line their pockets with cash. they care about you as person and helping you. Not mention the woman in the front office is suppose to watch the front office then stand over hover over you while you make a call or text your fiancé to make sure that it's ok to spend $300.00 out of pocket for antibiotics that you may not need but they don't talk about a solution to help you and that is saddest part of dental experiences. You are nothing but a number!!!!

Coming into the office with a fear of the Dentist, Dr. Pingili and her staff create a warm and very friendly environment. Making me feel very comfortable and at ease was my main concern and they easily exceeded my expectations. The office was very clean and I was very impressed with the state of the art equipment.
When the Hygienist called me back for my cleaning she was very sweet. Any concern I had, she was able to make me feel right at home. X-rays are always difficult for me, but she was very careful and compassionate, she took her time with me making me feel special.
When Dr. Pingili came to check my teeth, she was very knowledgeable and explained I had a few cavities. She showed me right there on the computer screen! She was able scheduled me within the week, which is great for me. They have flexible hours and very accommodating. I'm not usually one to write a review, but this office blew me away.

Dr.pingili has been seeing my family since 2007 and I just have to say that she is the most gentle caring person at a professional and personal level . I highly recommend her .

I understand that Dentistry is no different from any other business. But this facility is unbelievably gross. She can put a child to unnecessary procedures, probably legal, but unnecessary - total rip off. First visit she said my teeth are good. Three months later she says I need fillings for 4/5 teeth. Very unprofessional - she keeps talking with her colleagues with all sorts of instruments in your mouth. Aren't doctors supposed to tie their hair up. This doctor kept straightening her hair with her hands while attending my teeth.

Unprofessional. Told me I had a couple of cavities (even though I had seen a dentist 6 mths prior). When I went for fillings she said I needed 5. Then told me she would watch a couple and not fill them. Then when I received the bill she had done 7! Without my approval...She refused to admit any wrongdoing and was completely unprofessional. She also has long hair that she does not tie back and at one point it got in my mouth. Instead of being mortified she just laughed. She also keeps her cell phone in her pocket and not on silent so the entire time you are with her she is receiving texts and phone calls. Prior to my incident with her she had scheduled an appt with my daughter and the receptionist didn't put it in the system so when we arrived she wasn't there. I would not recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Pingili ia a very caring person and her staff is excellent . When you go there it feels like home.I recommend her to everyone.

the staff is very welcoming and accomodating. Dr. Pingili did my fillings after being so afraid of the needle and I didn't feel a thing. I reccommended her to all of my friends and family.
