It took Dr. Crandall 3 MONTHS to contact me regarding MRI results. I called the office repeatedly and was told that I could not speak with her but she would receive a message to contact me (never heard from her). Finally I called the place where I received the MRI and they told me the results were sent a few days after it was done. I got my results directly, and asked them to resend to the doctors office, just to see what might happen. When she finally forwarded the results to me (about a month after I got them myself) there was a note from her stating that she had just received the results. Shouldn't she be doing the follow up, not leaving her patient in pain and wondering what's wrong? And, she never contacted me further to explain the results, which were not self-explanatory to a lay-person. This isn't the first time I have felt uncared for. When I first established myself as a patient with her, I had a normal range of tests done - never received these results. Called the office and they said they would send them to me. Never did. I had to call again. No follow-up to explain the results. Not the kind of patient advocacy I'm looking for.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Crandall . When I moved back from California to my home state of CT, I needed a new primary care doctor . I had to undergo back surgery and my second knee surgery . Dr. Crandall saved my life through all this . Her support and medical knowledge made the tough times a little more tolerable. Unlike a normal doctors office, If I urgently needed to see her I'd have an appointment right away. Helping me find ways to deal with my healing and stress was her top priority . A year later , my back surgery failed (no fault of hers or my surgeon), she's still right by my side . I feel very lucky to have her as my PCP! Thank You Dr. Crandall !

Dr. Crandall is an exceptionally caring and thorough doctor. As my personal physician before she moved to Arizona, she was always eager to research and discuss with me the latest reports about whatever symptoms were worrying me. After I had food poisoning and was taken semi-conscious to the hospital by EMT's, I awoke to see her smiling at the foot of my bed. She didn't assume that someone else would take good care of her patient; she personally made sure of that! Above and beyond the call of duty, I'd say. (5 stars.)

Extremely pleased with Dr. Crandall. I switched recently from a Dr I was with for 6 years who wasn't addressing my issues. Dr. Crandall ran tests and got to the bottom of my issues. Very impressed with their practice as a whole.
