Dr. Young and her whole staff are exceptional. This is a welcoming and professional dentist office. Dr. Young herself is very caring and capable; her insight and obvious dedication to providing the best possible care is impressive. She communicates clearly and honestly in an empathetic manner and always seems to be informed of the latest advances and changes in her field. By far the best dentist I have found in the area in the 20 years I have lived here.

I had to pay out of pocket for a treatment despite having dual insurance. We were promised once our insurance paid claim we would be reimbursed. Both of our insurances have paid on claim and there is a credit on our account but Dr Youngs office is refusing to give us our money back because there are claims still processing from other family members. They have been less then helpful submitting X-rays to have claims processed. I have been a patient there for 8 years and I will take my four family members and my dual insurance somewhere else!!!

Dr. Jill Young is an outstanding dentist! She is thorough, detailed and very skilled at what she does. She is kind and compassionate. I would and will recommend her to everyone I meet. She is the best!!! I can't say enough about her, the staff, the assistants and hygienists.

I called over to request an xray due to going to another dentist. The office does do digital imaging and REFUSED to send it via e-mail. It was printed on paper which is almost useless to my new dentist.

Doctor Young is great - I've been a patient for about 12 years, and respect her dedication to her profession. She is exceptionally thorough, and will not let you out of that chair until she is 100% satisfied that she has met her high standards. Staff is very friendly, and I've never had any billing/insurance mishaps.

Dr. Young has been very professional, helpful & understanding, during a long-term process of dental work. She takes time with each patient, and truly cares about doing the best possible work for the individual. She was also willing to work with me on finances. Overall, the best dentist I have encountered in this area in the 10+ years I've lived here.
