While spending the summer in Anacortes, I walked by Lotus. When I went in to see if they could help my chronic sinus drain, I was pleasantly surprised at their positive input. After 6 weeks of message, acupuncture, and herbal supplements, my daily suffering has been greatly reduced. Each morning after acupuncture the day before, I have reduced symptoms. What started as suffering for 4-5 hours each morning in July, is now usually less then 1 hour in late August. Dr Geary is extremely knowledgable and is confident my daily suffering will be gone by this Fall. Ali, the message therapist, is really good at focusing her work to help solve a heath problem. I am SO HAPPY to have found this office, after years of no solution via traditional western medicine. I highly recommend Dr Geary and her team.

If you are new to Acupuncture you need to see Ellen first. She is amazing and listens to you carefully. I have been going to her every month for a year and feel great. My sister had seen her for menstrual cramps and has noticed significant improvement after several treatments. Make sure to supplement with herbs she recommends. You can get them at her clinic.

Ellen Geary is a talented acupuncturist with depth knowledge of Chinese Medicine and herbal remedies. My wife and I have a busy chiropractic office and treat many patients with complicated illness who need a team approach. I have complete confidence that when I refer a patient to her office that they will get the best care possible. Over the past ten years, she has competently assisted many of our mutual patients. After several years with shoulder pain I decided to give Acupuncture a try. Ellen came highly recommended by many in the area and I decided to go in. She was very sincere, and professional with each step. I had many questions about Chinese Medicine and she answered each and every one perfectly. I was really impressed with her knowledge and the effort she puts into helping your every concern. My shoulder has been much better after several treatments. I highly recommend her as a practitioner for what you need.

Acupuncture is a unique form of healing. My health needs began in my thirties(I am 55);it was then that I sought a practitioner from a school of Chinese Medicine who could address my various emotional and physical issues.I learned how practitioners of CM view our needs through their lens.I asked questions and filled out the detailed descriptions list of symptoms;this was where my understanding of healing in this particular form began. I learned to describe my symptoms;something that when we are not well,does not come easy.I learned terms the practitioner uses to describe needs, and the path-way to equilibrium. In my sessions with Ellen I am most impressed with her scope of practice and present attendance to my needs.She seems to tune into the wholistic self, to dialog with the body's energy and its pathway to equilibrium. She tunes in and tracks a way through. A way through that I could not find alone. She is a practiced guide in an invisible realm, an attuned and gifted healer.

I have been seeing Ellen on a regular basis for about 15 months. When I came to her, I was not sleeping well, I had very sore joints, most strongly in the right hip, and also in the right knee. My family is prone to joint issues and both my mother and sister have sought surgery due to the pain they were encountering. I am happy to say that my work with Ellen has helped me be almost entirely pain-free, I sleep better and am now on a maintenance schedule where I am maintaining a good exercise regimen, have noticed an increase in energy and my mood has taken a turn for the better. Her staff is excellent: they are always friendly, helpful and efficient. I have gotten high quality supplements through Ellen which have helped me as well. I highly recommend Ellen Geary.
