Please please If you are in pain and have serious problem never go to this doctor.
My mom was old patient for 4 months after MRI and CT scan , office called me doctor my mom need to see neurologist as possible! How is your feeling after four months on the road , it's take 6 weeks to get an authorization 😤if is emergency, why does it take six weeks? My mom have severe pain in my neck and arms and after four months office said NP or PA can see you , I was mad and said I need neurologist not NP or PA,we need to talan NP or PA, I need to talk to the Dr to see what's going on with my mom health's
I complain but nobody care , so if you are new patients or old patient never ever recommend this doctor.
This doctor and his nurse need to report it to the board.
They don't care about patients they just care about office visits.

The 1st visit is with Dr. Meratee, after that its always with his PA. During my visit he ignored the fact I complained about my headaches. I just figured he was focused on my having neuropathy. I later took my son here to be diagnosed. He had been experiencing severe headaches, neck ache due to his obtaining head trauma. Now that we left paperwork AS PER MY SONS EMPLOYER, the office told me it will take 1 week. Now they are telling me that it will be an additional week. I already told them this is not doable since my sons job is on the line. He will be let go if this paperwork is not obtained asap. All they offered was a refund of $90.00 and was told paperwork would be returned and I could take it someplace else. I told them this is not professional and asked to speak to the office manager - who I was told was with a patient and i would receive a call. that was this morning. Nobody had bothered to return my call and now I was forced to reach out to the Medical Board to file a complaint.

Be aware of this doctor. He is out to help himself. violated patient doctor confidentiality. Had to call him myself to get test results. After results came out negative refuse to clear me from his care. You want a nightmare just make an appointment with this doctor. Im looking at my options on how to file a complaint against him.
