Spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to just set up an appointment, finally gave up, not worth the time, I told the person who answered I was at work, but the guy wanted my life history over the phone, I requested to just give the information when I arrived and he said he had to have it to set up an appointment. If they can handle something so simple , there is no way I would want the handling my medical care.
