I have seen Dr. Brewer for a few years now and he has been very helpful and trustworthy. I feel very comfortable with the skills and explanations that Dr. Brewer shares with me. He describes things in such a way that I understand what is happening. Highly Recommended!

I took my 8 year old son in for an eye exam and was met at the front desk by Dr. Brewer. I was quickly able to get my son examined after finishing the paperwork...only one page. I was impressed with Dr. Brewer's thoroughness and professional manner. He answered all of my questions not only about my son but about my own vision problems. His repore with my son was great and he was able to get the right answers from an eight year old. I was very pleased with the experience and feel very confident about Dr. Brewer's up-to-date medical knowledge. I will be going back to him for my own eyeglass prescription. I would recommend Dr. Brewer to anyone needing a thorough eye exam and learning about all of the new options available.

Dr Icem was on the ball, professional and knowledgeable. He knew what he was doing, laid out my options, answered my questions, and wrapped things up without wasting any time; not rushed, just persistent and methodical. I was very happy. I'll consider him my eye Dr. and go back as long as he is there.

I couldn't be happier with the care and service provided at Dr. Brewer's office. I've had little to no wait time for every appointment, and am impressed with Dr. Brewer's thorough examinations and professionalism. He always takes the time to explain the examination, and discuss options for eyeglasses or contacts based on the examination results. If they don't happen to have my particular prescription of contacts in stock in the office, they are glad to order them and always call and let me know as soon as they arrive. They've even come to my rescue when I lost a contact while out in Fayetteville with an emergency replacement! I was shocked to see a negative review listed here and can only assume that the error was on the side of the insurance company, because the office staff have always been extremely polite and helpful to me. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Brewer!

I was a new patient at Dr. Brewers and spent 10 minutes filling out paperwork and insurance information. The receptionist said she would input my information and get me back to an exam room. After waiting around 30 minutes I was sent to the back and an attendant ran some tests. When asked if I wanted to be checked for cataracts I asked if it was covered by my insurance. The attendant told me they had not even checked my insurance. After waiting another 20 minutes I was informed that I did not have vision instance. I requested that my insurance be checked again. This time they told me my coverage was inactive which I know is false. I called the customer service number on my insurance and it verified I was covered for medical, vision, and prescription. The receptionist then told me that was not enough proof. I would not recommend wasting your time with this business. They are rude, ignorant, and lack serious customer service skills.
