The front staff is absolutely horrendous. The failed to notify me prior to my appointment there is a $100 consultation fee and additional charges would be filed to my insurance in an increment not disclosed. I am disabled and the manager was insulting and discourteous. She simply stated I should’ve known I was going to have to pay the doctor (regardless if it was more than a copayment). Long story short, I walked out and would never recommend Fredericksburg Implant and Oral Surgery Associates to anyone!
