Referred by a friend who had used a groupon.I paid 20.00 to take an x-ray of my tooth where I had pain. I then went inside and the doctor told me that I needed a root canal. She said root canal can be paid in 2 payments. I just lost my job & insurance, so clearly I cant afford it now or anytime soon. Doc advised me for the meantime she will give me a prescription that I can take to reduce the pain until I come up with the money. I get to the front & the receptionist says $40.00 for the prescr... I was shocked that this doctor charges for prescrip. i have been to doctors & dentist before & I have never experienced anything like this. I clearly told the receptionist I don't have money but I need it and I paid $20.00 all ready. I ended up leaving without a prescription. Doctor doesn't care all she cares is about money. CHEAP !! I will never be coming again. I ended up going somewhere else and got a free prescription and just paid the medicine at the pharmacy. BADDD!!!!!!

Very good doctor. Updated dental office not like most I've gone to. Doctor gave me great advice and did a great job on cleaning my teeth. I was very happy with the wait, and how fast but proactive everything was. The only thing I can say I did not like was that there was not any water for patients. I had to go to a local corner store. But, this does not change my mind I will be back.

Such a great office. The doctor has great hands. She was quick but did a good job on my fillings . The receptionist up front was so kind and gave us lots of detailed information after our treatment. Very clean, very pretty.

This rating is for Dr. Diana Rodriguez in Union City, NJ (dentistunioncitynj.com). I'm guessing this is the same one since the Ridgefield Pk. location is closed. I found Dr. Rodriguez through a general search on Aetna.com. She wasn't rated yet but I took a chance and went in for a cleaning and X-rays. I was pleasantly surprised. While the office is modest, the treatment rooms & equipment are state of the art (i.e., digital X-ray, flat screens, etc.). The doctor was punctual, professional and most important, gentle. She explained everything she was doing and when she found a problem tooth, gave me options and a quote before proceeding with the work. I recommend Dr. Rodriguez to anyone looking for a good dentist in Hudson County.
