SHE'S A FRAUD. I don't know why there hasn't been more complaints about her reported to the State Board. She has multiple locations set up or associated with her but no information on her - seem very sketchy. Just like the other 1 or 2 star reviews, she knows absolutely nothing, unprofessional, and a fraud. I saw her in June - has this expensive MRI done and she tells me there's nothing wrong. No other explanations or suggestions. She told me to come back if my symptoms come back - well they did and i made an appointment. I received an email stating she could not see me that day, so i cancelled via phone. I decided to go to a different neurologist for a second opinion because I just did not trust Dr. Peng to give me a new diagnoses. She charges my insurance for an appointment that I cancelled. I called my insurance and they want me to take it up with her and now she's ignoring me. I'm now in the process of reporting her and her offices. and filing a complaint with the state board!

I wish I had seen these reviews before I went to her. She doesn’t know anything, doesn’t explain anything, and doesn’t do thorough exams. I scheduled a follow up because my symptoms came back but I canceled to get a second opinion. I canceled way in advance and she billed my insurance anyway. She’s a crook and fraud. Stay away from her!

My daughter and I have been Dr. Peng's patients for years. She is truly a top notch provider in this area, we are so appreciative to have her as our neurologist.

My complaint; she ordered tests to be done at Lab Corp which were denied as medically unnecessary by my insurance and she refused to intervene on my behalf to justify to my ins the validity of the tests to prevent a 200.00 lab fee charged back to me. Her advice to me was to take it up with Lab Corp when Lan Corp only did what she ordered. I find that reprehensible and would not go to her again.

My appointment was for 9am. I arrived prior to 8:40 since this was my first visit and I was her first patient for that day. The office was not open. Went to the lobby to wait for ofc to open. I returned to the office at 8:55. I was the only patient in the office. Dr. Peng did not appear until 9:45-with no apology. Asked me questions and interrupted each time before I said a complete sentence. told me to walk across the floor. Then told me to sit down, take off my shoes and place my feet on the filthy carpet in her office ( not the exam room). She touched my toes one at a time to see if I felt her touch. told me to make sure I get blood work for ....named about five different things. I asked her to either say it more slowly so I could write it down or she could write it down for me. She looked at me in disgust and took out a blood work form and marked the sheet. This was just to see if my primary care doctor had recently done blood work. I did not make another appointment. I asked my PC doctor why do they have her as a choice on their listing of neurologists. I went online and saw her reviews and she had done the same thing to some of her other patients. Looking at these other reviews with a 5 rating, I am baffled. What is her problem with some of her patients?

What a kind and caring doctor! The office is nice and front desk is warm. I really like her office and staff. My son and I have been her patients for years.

Terrible Bedside Manner! Can't say I've caught her on a bad day, because I've been to her several times. This will be my final time with her. Her answering machine is a joke! Sometimes all you get is a buzz.. No this is Dr. Pengs office please leave a message after the beep. I have had to actual go to the office in order to set up an appointment. My primary Dr referred me to her. What a mistake! The office is ALWAYS HOT for starters. Todays incident is what broke the Camels back. I had a 2:00 appointment today. I was there at 1:45. Got a referral and appointment. When I enter the waiting area, there is a gentleman there. He is waiting for Dr. Peng. She comes thru the front door and starts talking to him. She finishes with him.. while in the waiting area, looks over at me, and yells, "I DONT TAKE WALKINS!!! I'm like, number one, you need to stop yelling and talking so fast! I go over to the desk where the male receptionist is, and I say, does SHE NOT KNOW I have a 2:00 appointment and a referral? He steps into her office and I guess explains things. I should have walked out then, but didn't. Once I was back in her office, things just got worst!! I said ok... From the beginning of this appointment, you have been just rude, and I see this is continuing. So, I'm going to leave. She says fine. Guess that's what she wanted. Now I am wondering is it because of my color? Anyhow, I called my primary Dr back to ask for another referral to another Dr. I'm writing this review to spare other people that may be thinking of going to her. If you want to be treated like dirt, but in need for medical attention, her office is the place to go. I say don't take the chance, its just NOT WORTH IT. Move on, to someone else.

This doctor put a CNA out her office. The CNA was there with a client which was a patient of DR Peng. DR peng asked her to leave the riom for snoring. The young lady left the room and sat in the waiting area. Several minutes later Dr Peng exities the room and told the CNA to sit down i her waiting room or get out. Dr Peng would bot let this go even after the CNA appologized several times she told her to sit down and be quiet in her office. As the laduy became aggitated and asked the doctor not to speak to her in that manner. DR Peng put her out and called the police on her statung that she was mistreating her client amd she abandoned her client and lwft the office. As a new patient this was shocking and distrubing. Are Doctors allowed to do amd say anything without punishment. How can you care for people and their health and treat them this way.

I have been seeing few neurologists for a year, finally I got my right diagnosis and my migraine has been resolved. Dr. Peng has profound knowledge and concern about my my condition. Her front desk is also very warm, the office is quite nice.

My son is also her patient, first time in his life he achieved seizure free. We were told he has to live with seizures.
