Dr. Koumjian's knowledge is good and she is very diligent about the care of her patients' eyes. Her staff is not very knowledgeable, not very professional and they are confusing. Dr. Koumjian doesn't seem to notice this or assess it this way. Frustrating.

Out of the two appointments, the second one was 45 minutes late (I was early). I ordered contacts. One set of 6 never arrived. I had to call back 5 times in the span of 2 months to get the second set replaced. When I picked them up, the set that was intended to replace my contacts that I never received were short 3 contacts. The staff is constantly changing, the schedule is inconsistent and when I discussed my frustration with Dr. Koumjian she was not apologetic and has a very disagreeable attitude about the entire situation. I will not be returning to this office, that is certain.
