I've seen over 20 doctors looking for help in the last 11 years. She is absolutely, hands down, the best doctor I've ever had. I was incredibly sick, and basically told "good luck" by other "specialists" I had seen. I honestly don't think I would have made it another month if it weren't for her. I was in an absolute dire position, at the age of 25. She saved my life, and then improved the quality of my life! Can't recommend her enough!

I love coming in each week. Being greeted by name by all the staff and talking with a doctor that actually listens to my issues to help me find answers. I have gone to a few doctors over the years and it is very rare to find a staff so supportive and friendly. Worth every penny.

I came to see Dr. Carling due to inflammation and a lump in my throat.
There were other underlying issues that I had passed over the last few years that I got used to. I started to think feeling bad was normal. After consistently working with Dr. Carling and her staff, I can honestly say I have reached a level of health I haven’t seen or felt in years. She delicately worked around my previous history of breast cancer and my miraculous pregnancy.

I have been going to Dr. Carling for over a year now. She has given me hope and relief from several of my health issues. For 20 years I’ve suffered with IBS/anxiety/hormone issues. She is a no nonsense kind of doctor and gets right to the root of the problems. I am completely healed of my digestion/ IBS🤗 I have learned better eating habits and feel great! My hormones are becoming more balanced through supplements/cleansing protocols she’s putting me on. It’s nice to have a doctor that knows what she’s doing and truly cares about you and your health! I’ve been going to vital health for about a year after my PCP wanted me on medication for the rest of my life and was get prescribed countless antibiotics.
