I called with a question on 3 different occassions and the nurse said she would get those answers for me the next day (it was 9 days before they got back to me). Another time I asked what my liver count was as it was high the time before...they said they could not give me that information...it was my count. Another time it took 7 days to get back to me. As for the liver count that they were not concerned about. I ended up with urgent doc and they right away sent me to have a gallbladder ultra sound and I had my gallbladder removed. The doctor may be okay...but she has too many patients and I feel there is a lack of communication between her and her staff..
