Overcharged for my visit by $50.00. Questioned them and said they didn’t know what I meant. Returned only 30.00. Check your EOB’s

The staff was rude and dishonest. Dr was ok but only available half day. Bad experience.

very good experience. staff was nice and so was Dr. Marfori. I have been a patient for a few years and always feel comfortable with her. Would definitely recommend.

I found the staff and Dr. Marfori extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me find out what my eye insurance benefits entailed and explained clearly what the prices were the glasses. Excellent!

HORRIBLE! Staff has no clue what they are doing, VERY unprofessional. Told trial lenses would be in in 2 days, took over 2 WEEKS. Showed up for fitting, they double booked the time slot. Then ordered a years supply of lenses.....and ordered the WRONG Rx. Ordered - for a + Rx. Then tried to blame it on the "lab." Ashley (staff) got snippy with rep from insurance company when they tried to show her how to bill visit correctly! Meanwhile, I am left with no lenses as trials were defective. No attempt on the office's part to rectify. DO NOT USE!
