Excellent practice. They care about you and makes you feel welcome. Martha is very kind and the only one that can find my veins. I strongly recommend this practice.

Dr Sultana's office person, Martha, is the reason that we will be finding another physician. Martha has the power to override anything that the Dr would direct her to do. Today, I asked for a copy of my husband's recent lab work. Martha told me that he had not signed a release form. I asked for her to give me one and I would take it home for him to sign. She said,"No, he has to sign it in front of me". Martha said,"It doesn't matter what Dr Sultana says, I am following office procedures for Hippa. I told her that whoever made that rule doesn't know the Hippa regulations. I pointed out that the office was in violation of Hippa in their "patient sign-in policy" because the patient names remain for all to see. At this point Martha told me that she had the power to discharge me as a patient and she was going to call her office mgr and do so. Dr Sultana came around the corner and asked what was happening and Martha dismissed her and told her she would tell her later. We won't go back
