Dr. Dunn is amazing; she delivered both my children via c-section after two complicated pre-eclamptic pregnancies. I credit her with my first successful pregnancy after suffering three miscarriages and have been seeing her for over 10 years total. She is extremely knowledgeable and practical, and will give you and your child the best care possible, along with her caring staff.

I wouldn't recommend Dr. Dunn to be an OBGYN to my dog....She was not concerned with my prenatal situation that I have going on, showed no empathy, and got upset because I asked to seek an alternate medical provider. Her staff was very pleasant but her Melanie Dunn was just not a top notch OBGYN in the city of Nashville.

Dr. Melanie Dunn has been my doctor for 7 years. She is on time, knowledgeable and personable. She is an amazing listener and takes my concerns seriously while coming up with a plan of action. I plan on starting a family next year and she has made sure that I will be ready for it.

I have been with Dr. Dunn for 14 years. She delivered my last child. I highly respect her and value her opinion. She is cheerful, upbeat, and has a great sense of humor, all which are important to me. I like her well enough that I continue to drive over 100 miles each year to see her for my annual physical.

I started going to Dr. Dunn 2 years ago when I found out I was pregnant. I had already had a miscarriage and ended up losing the next baby at 20 weeks due to Trisomy 13. I then had another miscarriage the next year. At this point I was 35 years old. After losing 3 babies, she just sent me on my merry way and told us to keep trying. I have not been able to conceive since that last miscarriage. This past January my husband and I decided on our own to for further testing & possible treatment. It's a good thing we did because we just found out that I have a very low egg count, & I am premenopausal. I feel like Dr. Dunn should have suggested further testing after the last miscarriage a year ago, if not before that. I have spoken to other people who have gone to a fertility clinic, & they're doctors referred them after a year or less of having problems conceiving or carrying (most are even younger than me). I don't think Dr. Dunn cares about her patients. I do not recommend her at all.

She is the BEST GYN I have ever had. She is awesome. She listens to you and if you want to do something natural in the way of medicine, she will read about it and tell you what she thinks. Wouldn't trade her for anything.

Dr Dunn has been my doctor for 16 years. I went to her for five years while single and then got married. She has been through 2 pregnancies (c-sections) and I still love her and her office. Very caring. I found out about her when I attended a seminar with a friend. Dr Dunn worked at St. Thomas then. It was about how to care for yourself before you get pregnant. She sold me then and I have been seeing her ever since.

Never on time. Her nurse was nice but Dr. Dunn didn't seem very caring. Also the receptionists were very rude.

Dr. Dunn is AMAZING. She's on time, thorough, and takes to time to talk to you. She delivered my son via emergency c-section and was just fantastic from the start of my labor until the day our little family left the hospital. After I had my son, I missed seeing her and her staff every month! LOL. She is the best!

This doctor lost my test, and I had to drive back 60 miles to have it re-done. I was told I wouldn't have to pay for the office visit for the re-test. 3 years later when I came in for my visit, I was told I had a bad debt with the dr office and they refused to see me until I paid it. I asked for the doctor notes for the day in question. The notes stated there would be no fee for the office visit, but I still had to pay before they would see me again. I have called the office manager 3 times and left messages about this an no one has called me back. Meanwhile it's my money that's gone.
