Went to this quack when he was training at Monarch Dental on Hwy 80 in Fort Worth. I was a candidate for implants. He busted my teeth out with a hammer and chisel. Not knowing what he was doing I left there with 2 holes in my upper gums into my nose. This was about 10-2 years ago. Had to threaten to suit to get my upper gums fixed. Didn’t know damage was so bad until I went to get a lower tooth pulled, there is no bone whatsoever in my upper roof. This quick shouldn’t be allowed to practice on anyone. I hope someone knocks his teeth down his throat. I would have given zeros on his rating if I could. Everyone of us should get an attorney and file suit.

I went to this dentist years ago and i have been praying the price since. Hours upon hours of drilling my teeth down.
I have had many root canals because of this and now have started to have to get dental implants. He was never nice at my many visits that I had. Not sure how he lives with himself!

this doctor should not be allowed to practice. he caused myself and both of my kids serious problems. I have tmj and he stuck a tool in the back of my mouth that was way to big to hold my mouth open. I asked them to remove it and they refused. he also hit a nerve in my jaw causing such a problem that I had to start taking a nerve medication until it healed. all the cavities he filled for us had to be replaced within a year. he cracked my back tooth and it had to be crowned. he also drilled to deep and I had to get a root canal. he also over charged me and over billed my insurance.

I worked for him years ago and this Dr needs his Medical Lic. revoked. Let's just say I did not work there long. I would not take my pets to him. Lots of Immoral behavior at this Doctors office. I still don't understand why he is still in practice. I read someone's comment below and they hit the nail on the head with his attitude and hatefulness. If anyone knew what I did behind the scenes they would be shocked.

Dr has an extremely nasty attitude. Says hateful things about the patients and employees. The office is an old tanning salon so the walls do not reach the ceiling. His whispering is clearly heard by everyone. He was calling one of his employees stupid constantly and he gossips about the patients like a high school kid. He treats you satisfactory until its time to get your sleep appliance. After that he can bill your insurance and get his check then treats you like your not important anymore. Did a little research on him and he was in trouble with the board in 2007. He has some serious customer service issues.

This dentist is the biggest jerk ever. Over drilled two back molars which caused me infection that lead to 2 root canals and ultimately the extraction of both. Then on 2 occasions I requested my x-rays and his staff was rude to my new dentist offices assistant and then dr cook got on the phone on the second call and hung up on my new dentist office. I plan on filling a compliant with MetLife patient services department. He is a terrible dentist and pretty much a sorry POS too!!!

I went in to have my teeth cleaned and X-rayed. They spent about 20 minutes on my teeth and one hour trying to sell me something I don't want. This has been the typical visit for me.
