Very poor experience.....and, after years as a patient, had to leave to find another family physician. Dr. Patel approaches the appointment in a rushed manor and moves to diagnose through assumptions rather than taking the time to listen to patient testimony. Even worse....the office staff ( manager and RN) are rude and extremely unprofessional. It appears to be the office culture--starting from the top. There are too many great doctors out there to settle!!!

Stopped going here. Dr will insist upon seeing you every 3 months. Will absolutely not give you medication refills beyond this. When you come for check ins, he will spend about 1 minute with you and rush out of the room. One of the worst, if not worst doctors I have been to. He needs to work on his bedside manner, listen to his patients and take time with his patients, rather than be so concerned about getting out of the room so that he can kick his feet up on his desk outside of the office to do nothing.
