There is nothing but good things to say about doctor Austin and his staff. My son has been in treatment for about 8 months now, and in just weeks after starting treatment his cross bite had made a huge improvement. Dr. Austin is very helpful and caring of my son's questions and worries. His positive attitude and his friendliness with parents and kids lets me know that he loves his job. He is also very detailed with my son's treatment and encourages oral hygiene. Thank you Dr.Austin and your staff for your care and patients,,,, You Rock!!!

I started treatment with Dr. Austin last year in October. This will be my second time in treatment, while my prior orthodontist was absolutely terrible. I was left with bite issues, many teeth were extracted and I rarely was able to meet with the orthodontist. I have only been in treatment a few months and I have already seen such a difference in my bite and the shifting of my teeth. I Love It!!! Coming to Dr. Austin I see patients of all ages. He is extremely informative, and very flexible. At every appointment I have had he has met with me one on one as well as I see him doing so for the other patients. It's an awesome office with an amazing view of the ocean. I would recommend him to my family & friends!

Dr Austin is a horrible orthodontist and hates kids. Stay away. He is mean and has a massive ego. If you ask him to discuss something he gets upset and abusive. This is after he has your money so you can't leave. This has been the worst experience for my child. Not to mention his hours are not school friendly. Every time you see him you have to take your kids out of school

Great Job to Dr. Austin & Staff! My son had an adult front tooth that was trapped in the gum. Dr. Austin referred me to an oral surgeon for some help on attaching a chain to the trapped tooth. It seemed impossible & unbelievable that they could slowly bring that tooth in, but it is happening!!!! Yei Dr. Austin! We are now seeing the tooth make its way in and with no pain other than the normal soreness you feel for a day or two. :-)
