the service is terrible, they make you go over and over, they can´t just do things properly. just like switching my medication to another pharmacy, I called 3 times and they have not do it. they have me on hold unnecessary so long and they hang on me.

I call to speak to the doc at 10am she wasn't in the office then I'm told she won't be in from thurs-mon wow must be nice even know I had a emergency and needed to be seen on Friday my doc took a 4 day weekend. Last time I was there I waited over a hour to be seen with a office full of people

The WORST medical care experience ever. Went to her 3 times ( one which was postponed for reason I don't know) and she was always late to her office over 2 hours. Scheduled for an ultrasound but she asked to schedule another day for results ( which she charged another $300 for the consultation), there's more but I rather talk to someone who can do something about this horrible services and billing issue . Is there anywhere we can report this doctor and her clinic ?

doctor is ok. staff is very unprofessional. one of the nurses tried to hit on me after an invasive procedure and asked me to go out with her. (sorry not my thing, I am heterosexual) yet very unprofessional. I would have been offended even if it had been a male nurse, sorry but a GYN office is not the place to look for dates, specially after you have seen my vag-. Also, I pay for copays every time I go to this doctor, and they know it because its the first thing they check, yet every time after a visit I get a bill in the mail charging me for the same copay I just paid. I called the office and was informed to fax it each time, I should have to go through the extra step if they had an organized system tracking these payments.

Horrible doctor. This doctor wanted to force me to do an amniocentesis test after getting an abnormal result from my first trimester lab results. I told her I will not do this test because of the risk of loosing the baby and her respond was "so". She needs to go back to school and learn how to speak to people. She is very unethical and unprofessional.

Very unprofessional. Doctor was very late as always. The office floor is dirty, black and sticky the bathroom is dirty and wet urine all over the floor. The office has no type of air condition. The wait is to long and the visit is not worth the wait. Not only after my visit did i recieve a bill to my house from this office but they never had my insurance information saved on file for billing records. There is new staff everyweek and it seems there is only one female back worker who actually knows everyone and what is going on. If you have private insurance i woukd recommend else where.
