The dental assistant was so rude I literally walked out of the appointment. She wouldn't even let me finish my sentence and then proceeded to argue with me. I've never been treated so poorly in my life.

Worst dental experience of my life. I am on state insurance and dr Fleming takes state, so I went with my mom. I don't like the dentist as is because my teeth are very sensitive but NEVER had an experience like this. Front desk lady was very nice but when I got to the back dr Fleming came in after about twenty minutes and rubbed some orajel on my gums and proceeded to scrape at them till they bled like I've never seen before! When I told him to stop and that it was too painful he told me TO LAY DOWN AND SHUT MY MOUTH AND DEAL WITH THE PAIN, he proceeded to try again and I told him he had to stop, the pain was unbearable, which followed him throwing the tool down and saying "that's it were done we can't do anymore work" and left the room. Needless to say he did this to my mother as well and while waiting for my mom and began to tear up so bad that by the time she was "done" I had to leave the office because I was in tears. I will never be back, nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone.

I was scared to death because of the reviews , but as soon as I walked in and seen a clean waiting room and spoke to two very pleasant assistants or receiptinest I was at ease :-) .I had no waiting period, I was taken right back before my actual appt time. I was made comfortable, even gave me a pillow for my neck. I had ex rays done and started cleaning my teeth immediately.... then the dentist came right in and interduced himself and began the actual cleaning. Very minor discomfort and he was done in maybe ten to fifteen min. He explained I had two minor cavities. I made a appt and will definitely be my new dentist:-) :-) :-) so whom ever is giving this dentist a bad rating YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED !!!!!! Steven G

Very bad service. My fiance went to have work done and them to look over there work from the previous week. Dr. Fleming did not do the work scheduled and walked out of the room to never come back. When I called to question what happened I was hung up on and I called back several times to be ignored. They even went as far as picking up the phone just to hang it up on me again.

No one at the desk when I walked in. Very rude. Nothing was explained and the cleaning took all of 90 seconds. Definitely will not be going back.

This was the worst dental visit of my life. I had some hope because the attendant seemed to be nice but the minute I went back to get my teeth cleaned (or if that's what they call it) all hope vanished. The hygienist was not personable and it was clear she hated her job. She did not say one word to me other than when she was asking questions that she had to type on the computer. I was very confused on how brushing my teeth (with cheap toothpaste) and flossing them accounted for a cleaning but I went with it. Then Dr. Fleming came in and did not introduce himself but proceeded on scraping my teeth and making my mouth bleed. Once he was done he said "She (the hygienist) will explain it all," and he left. She then gave me a diagnosis that was incorrect based off of my last visit. Bottom line: I would rather pay out of pocket at a different dental office than to EVER step foot in this dental office ever again. I will not be returning, they do not even treat you like dirt.

I left my appointment without the work on my teeth being finished. The reason? Robert Fleming took a dental tool... and threw it. That's correct -- THREW it. His actions were so out of control, he made my young son cry, and we left. We will NEVER be back. I hope no one ever goes to him again. I also will be reporting his actions to HIPAA. The only positive was the assistant, who for the record looked terrified when Robert Fleming threw his hissy fit. She tried to apologize as best she could, but it wasn't her fault. It was the fault of an immature dentist. This is a person you are supposed to trust, and I would never trust this man. Ever. Regardless of what kind of insurance you have, DO NOT GO TO ROBERT FLEMING.

I wish Dr. Flemming's office would have sent me a card to ask how my visit went as a new patient and if I would come back or refer them to anyone. They don't care how your visit went or if you come back. I had state insurance and I was treated like a number. I was never even called by my name or introduced to Dr. Flemming. The cleaning person did not speak to me other than to tell me to open my mouth. Someone came in and looked in my mouth and said a few things to the cleaner and then left. The cleaner said you are done. I said when was I going to be seen by the dentist and he said you just were. I said he did not even ask me about my history what so ever...nothing. I had just gone through chemotherapy and radiation less than a year prior and lost two teeth due to it. They give you an index card to list your medical history on...I am not even exaggerating. I will NEVER go back. I heard about places like this but I did not realize that they existed right in my own town!

I have been to the dentist numerous of times growing up. I was covered under my parents insurance so I had good insurance. Make a long story short I am not covered underneath my parents insurance anymore, I have "State" insurance. Dr. Fleming takes state insurance. I was nervous about him because I have heard some bad reviews about him. The front desk lady was very nice and couldn't help that I had to wait over a hour to been seen. The scenery is very old and outdated. The lady that cleaned well I can't even say cleaned, I'll get back to that. The lady was rude and appeared to not want to be there. She didn't talk, show no emtion and made me feel totally uncomfortable. She cleaned my teeth with some cheap paste that took her ten these types of materials. This was not a cleaning to say the least. She left me watching a old movie and left. Dr fleming was a ass and hurt my mouth. He rushed and made me feel uncomfortable. I left in tears and will never gobak. State sucks and FLEM 2.
