Dr. Giblin is a good dermatologist and is thorough and knows what he is doing. Wait time is longer in this office than most doctor office's I visit. I've had procedures done by him in areas of my body I wouldn't want anyone to see and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all with him. I see a lot of comments about his staff and nobody has ever been rude to me but I wouldn't say they excel at customer service. They seem very busy and not too attentive. But, I'll take a good doctor even if the staff is a little complacent.

Front staff leaves much to be desired! Especially the office manager. The wait time is longer than most places. Dr. Giblin has to realize at some point the front staff and office manager are the face of his practice and get rid of the rude people. I received a "courtesy" email, at 3:30 the day of the appointment when the appointment was at 11am. I never received a call but was told I would receive some form of notice to remind me of when the appointment was. I was then was told that I had been called and emailed, by the office manager as she said her staff would never say they would remind a patient. So basically was calling me a liar and was treating me like one. They will hold you to your word of when you will be there or will charge you for it, yet if you try and hold them to their word, they have an excuse as to why its your fault. Dr. Giblin himself is great.

Dr. Giblin has removed suspicious moles, and done other work for my entire family (including my parents) in the last 25 years. He diagnosed my Chicken Pox and then Pitiriasis Rosea when pregnant. He is also great with my kids. We moved to another state several years ago but continue to see Dr. Giblin; he is very knowledgeable and we trust him to diagnose and treat various issues. The office staff must have been retrained because they were very friendly and helpful when we went recently.

Friendly, attentive and thoroughly explained problem and treatment. Best doctor I've seen in years. Would recommend him to anyone.

He is too busy to be up with insurance requirements and his lack of accurately completely a prescription cost me time and frustration. His office staff has to be his down fall, we will not go back. Dr's need to realize that the first point of contact is their front office staff and their poor attitude and unwillingness to be helpful will make people go elsewhere - there are options. He is a good doc but I won't be treated by his staff that way - more than 1 visit.

Dr. Giblin's office is fantastic. The front receptionist can be a bit prickly at times, but in fairness to her, she's usually doing about ten things at once. Everyone else is kind, attentive, and helpful. Dr. Giblin is very nice and pretty funny. I had a surgery and they even called later in the day to check on me to make sure I was doing okay. I would recommend him to my friends.

Dr. Giblin seems to be a pretty good doctor, but his staff is absolutely horrendous. The office mgr is incredibly rude and unhelpful and the good treatment provided by the doctor is in my opinion not great enough to make up for the terrible service you'll have to endure with the staff

Dr. Giblin has done an excellent job with my 91-year old father. His exams are thorough in nature, and his nurse is outstanding. After seeing all of the excellent work he has done on my father, I plan to see him myself.

45 minutes late to see my child; $2 surcharge to use credit card for copay. Rude and unhelpful staff. Dr. not helpful and seemed irritated and rushed. Not good with children.
