Unfortunately just not consistent. Sometimes very helpful though others rushes my appointment and shrugs my concerns off. I have had to have repeat visits for the same issue because it is not looked into thoroughly enough.

Dr Haener is a wonderful doctor! I'm so sick of doctors who rush out the door the first chance they get. Dr Haener is totally the opposite of that. She's super helpful, non judgmental, does a good job of explaining everything, and always gives me plenty of opportunity to ask all the questions I have. She even seems to remember me even though I see her maybe once or twice a year! I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone in the area looking for a GP.

Both my daughter (she's a picky 16 year old) & I went to see Dr. Haener for the first time today. She's VERY nice, listens to everything you say, addresses ALL your concerns, and is quite thourough. FINALLY I've found a great PCP! YAY! :)
