On or around 1/28/13 I began treatment for extensive dental work under Zuhair Nwaiser at total dental care/concerned dental care in Farmingville ny. At first meeting with the dentist I was comfortable with his evaluation and the price of $26,000.00 and a week or so he began the work. Looking back I find it curious that any time he was planning on doing either extractions or implants he insisted it be on a Saturday when no one seemed to be in the office. The first working visit with Zuhair Nwaiser was for approximately 18 extraction and the pacement of 8 implants in one sitting. Looking back again, im not sure this was the proper way to proceed with this much work at one time. I questioned him about it and he told me of course so ahead we went. Within a couple weeks 2 implants "fell" out and I call his office and reported it to them. Within a few weeks later he drill in 2 new implants and by the time I got home my mouth, tongue and thought swelled severely and I became covered with hives, began trembling at which point one of the 2 implants in the lower left that had just been installed that day actually forced itself out and then within an hour I was pretty much back to normal. I called Zuhairs office in the morning and reported it and at our next appointment I was told it must have been an allergic reaction to something I ate. I don't buy that, especially coming from Zuhair at this point. I've gone through 57 years of life and have "Never" been allergic to "Anything" in my entire life up until then and nothing since and within an hour after the implant forced its way out I was approaching being find again. Each time an implant would work itself free (5 in total) his remedy was to continue to drill more holes until I finely stop him a told him I had become very uncomfortable with his ability to continue working on me at which point he sent me to Zwanger-Pesiri Radiology for a cat scan which he told me to pay for and he would take it off my bill at the end. Again, looking back it is my layman opinion that he may not have even looked at the cat scan because after meeting with Dr.* while looking at the cat scan with him at his office he showed me that there was basically no bone left on my bottom jaw and very little left on my upper jaw and Zuhair set an appointment for me with the other implant "specialist" in his office to drill in 4 additional implant. (This "Specialist" at one point when one of the upper implants loosened up and got stuck in the upper denture he just tore it out of my mouth) When I told Dr.* about this he said He couldn't understand what Zuhair's "specialist" intented to drill the 4 new implants into because there was no bone left to drill the lower implants into. Dr.* also told me that before he does any extensive work like this on any of his potential patience he has a cat scan done before proceeding. When I realized a cat scan cost as little as $200.00 after agreeing to over $26,000.00 the only reason I can come up with for Zuhair not sending me before he even started is that he simply didn't want to know if their was enough bone to do this amout of work. If he knew, he couldn't in good conscience, go forward so therefore passing up on $26,000.00. A number of times I told him that the temporary dentures that he made "In house" were crooked and irritating and he actually told me "You're a carpenter, take a piece of sand paper and sand them until they feel better" He and his staff at times were more interested in what was on the television in the room then the work he/they were doing on me. At one point one of his staff, a young arrogant guy was shoving the dentures in and out of my mouth while trying to get them to fit properly and finally again I had had just about enough and said to Zuhair "Listen, im in to this fiasco for $18,000.00 to date and so far everything is falling out and I've lost confidence in you" and he said "Oh the money, I don't give a F*u*k about the money" and I heard his young staff member Whisper to Zuhair that he paid more than that for his watch and Zuhair "shushed" him and then he wasn't quite sure how the react and told him it was a nice design and that kid was never in the room working on me again after that day. I had enough confidence in Zuhair in the beginning to pre-pay $18,000.00 up front and my mouth at this point is a disaster. He is a "Dr" and he kept telling me it would all be fine so I "trusted" him. PS: With the help of the Suffok County dental Association I was able to get back a good portion if the $18,000.00 I prepaid to these peope and I am just finishing up rebuilding the mess that Zuhair Nwaiser made of my mouth. I posted this to let people know that they need to look after themselves if they're going to let this man do any work on them.

This dentist and the whole practice he works at ruined my mouth. Worst dental practice ever. Cheap, poorly planned, sub-standard dental work fell apart is less than two years. They refuse to replace it. Complaints go nowhere. Stay away if you value your teeth and your smile.
