Waited over 45 minutes in the lobby with my husband after the scheduled appointment time; no apology offered. Three separate follow-up questions via the triage line were ignored for days before a snippy nurse finally responded that the doctor was out of the office and couldn't call back until the following week. Also, the doctor appears to have poor diagnostic skills considering he confused Alzheimer's Disease with a head injury.
