Dr. Pilla is great at explaining what is going on with you and makes sure you know your options for treatment. I recently had a laparoscopic hysterectomy due to severe Adenomyosis. Dr. Pilla fully explained the procedure, how to prepare & what to expect to me and my family. Surgery went great, and my recovery was easy & back to work in <10 days. Dr. Pilla is very personable, you don’t feel like just another patient. Dr. Pilla and her team are CARING professionals, I recommend Dr. Pilla Highly!

She tells you what she thinks you need with no room for discussion. If you're an average healthy female with no complications, she's a good doctor for you. If you have PCOS or fibroid etc. I do not recommend her. She was so rushed and worried about seeing as many patients as possible that she never took the time to read my chart or even my most recent ultrasound.

I used dr pilla for my obgyn. I thought she was great she is very honest. Not every one can handle that. She did lecture me about not gaining to much weight bc I am a bigger lady. N what she said pretty much did happen.i stressed my concerns about having a c section but The baby head turned and had to have an emergency c section because I couldn't push cuz he basically was stuck in birth canal. Second she did Wonderfully on my c section. Getting infection was a huge concern of mine . N let me tell you she took extra steps to make sure it didn't happen. Very understanding. She even came back to check on me the couple of time she was in the hospital. N talked to me about my feelings on the c section. I would for sure use her again and I have referred her n they loved her.

She pushed me to have hysterectomy all the time because I have pelvic pain. when I showed unwillingness and hesitation after all these pushing she was really mad at me. I feel like she is more like a business woman than a doctor.

This dr is not good with pain management and needing to be off work if needed .she feels that pregnant women should work through their pain even though they cannot .even if you have previous conditions increasing your pregnancy pain
