I have been a patient of this physician for decades. The practice is now too busy and waits of 45 - 60 minutes are common. Medical assistants and general reception type personnel routinely do not return phone calls. I've recently had to call 8 times one day because a drug was making my condition worse only to get a return call after their phones ceased for the day and I was in the middle of a dental procedure. They need to add at least a PA or another MD. He use to be my gold standard, but not after the most recent issue. Oh, forgot about how only one RX was called in, when two RX were suppose to be called into Pharmacy. Lost multiple days of possible fix for my medical issue.
