The doctor seems distracted and portions of my treatment plan were forgotten repeatedly.

This doctor replaced a doctor we had visited in the past. He is young and knows much less than he thinks he does. His over-confidence and condescending manner makes it difficult to work with. Never, ever will my child see this orthodontist again.
