The staff was awesome at helping me determine my insurance and getting an appointment set up- done over e-mail. They seemed cheery and efficient in person. Dr. Reid is personable and knowledgeable and seems quite competent. He discussed my concerns, made suggestions, gave me stretches to do along with some written resources. He adjusted my back after 5 minutes with the heating pad, which immediately alleviated my pain. He seems to take pride in what he does, and has a progressive attitude. I'll be back.
