Absolutely, hands down, I would recommend Dr.Charmaine to anyone and everyone. Best customer service and honest about her treatment. Good energy and wonderful staff. I leave with a smile or laugh every time. Thankyou Dr and staff for all that you do and making me feel confident about my smile again. Blessed to have you all.

I saw Dr. Ortiz a couple of months ago in winter park and she did amazing work with me. I am not one that has gone to the dentist regularly due past traumatic experiences, but she was patient and gentle with me and explained everything clearly, every step of the way.

Doctor Ortiz is an awesome Dentist worked on my lower left side of my mouth got me a temporary bridge the same day of having an extraction she was very patient with my pain and got me out of it thank you Doctor Ortiz for your hard work!

wish I had read reviews before seeing her. Had a horrible experience on all accounts, lack of knowledge does not follow up. Had sores and oral infection days after service. Save ur health. Don't do it!

She doesn’t know what she is doing. Talks a lot and dont focus on doing her job. Tools keeps slipping from her hands because of her carelessness.
