Very personal. Made me feel very comfortable. As I have done traveling with work and saw two other eye drs. she checked both of my glasses to determine that they were different perscriptions. Also fixed dry eye problem and listened to concerns. Want someone who is up front and will also listen Dr. Eisnach is your dr.!
