Been seeing Dr Dsn for around 20 years he is a good Dr. Problem is he has way to many patients. When it takes 2 months to months to get a appointment something is wrong. Going to have to find a different Dr

Dr henderson is great. The staff has gotten poor. Nurses and receptionist. One RN in perculiarily. Rude and unprofessionally. Rush Health System is cutting back on employees. Need to look at the staff at Collionsville Clinic. Patients deserve to be treated with respect.

I've seen him since I was 17, it's only gotten worse. My Uncle ended up taking his own life because dr.dan gave him the run around during a very serious issue. His staff, mainly Laura his nurse, is horrible. Refused to call in my antidepressant right before Christmas, I missed an appointment with them last month so he needs to see me before he can write my Pristiq refill, they are the fault in my refill being wrong in the first place because someone, didn't write the change down in my files after my previous appointment. I'm not sure how it will work out but I guess we will wait and see. He also has been pushing a seizure disorder diagnosis on me even though all the tests show NO signs that would support his diagnosis. I will be finding another doctor! I use to think the world of him, but sadly I can't say that anymore.

Dr. is wonderful, it's his staff that could use some customer service training. Receptionists are not friendly at all and frankly sick people really could use a pleasant face rather than someone who appears to want to be anywhere but there. It takes forever for anyone to call patients back on the phone no matter what the issue may be. I waited for months for prior authorization for medications from Tricare - only to find out that the initial was never sent until I followed up on it - resulting in several hundred $$$ out of my own pocket to get the medication I needed. I also work in the health care industry and I know that there are better ways to run/manage a clinic - I do it every day.

My entire family sees this doctor, and he is great! He works for a big medical practice that is part of Rush Hospital, and they keep changing him from clinic to clinic, which that is very annoying; however, I believe the last move has resulted in better office staff (except for the person in the lab who is not very nice). Dr. Dan is both friendly and professional. It has gotten increasingly hard to get an appointment, which is bad for my family members who are elderly. He diagnosed several things for my husband that another GP here in Meridian had missed.

I waited 2 months for an appointment with a specialest.Then called to make sure he had not forgotten about me. I was told "no you will be called with a date", 4 months later I was still waiting so I found another doctor who informed me that it was now to late to fix my problem.

His staff has got to be the worst in Meridian and that is saying alot! It takes days for them to call you back and they are extremely rude everytime I go in there (once every 2 months atleast) They really just don't care. Even trying to get an appointment takes forever. The only reason I stay with Dr. Henderson is because he is a good doctor. His whole entire upfront staff needs to be replaced!

gives patients the run around when he doesn't want to fool with you. when you call for refils or info, staff does not call back in a timely fashion. it takes days.

Dr Henderson is a great doctor and very personable. He doesn't have an attitude or agenda, he doesn't mind talking to you. Unlike others in Meridian, he is a great doc!
