Beware of buying something to fit in your mouth in 3 days. That means it's an already made denture made to fit your mouth that looks horrible and it doesn't match you tooth color. This place is a scam and they have review sites that delete their negative reviews to make them look good. Don't go to them like I did. They took a lot of money from me and left me looking disfigured.

Like other people who have given reviews about this dentist I too was bamboozled and spent a lot of money for implant dentures that were so bad I had to go to another dentist to have the damage corrected. I wish I'd never had went to this office.

This dental center is horrible, unorganized and unprofessional, their goal is to make money and that's all! They wait until you're at your most vulnerable time then they tell you they need to do this and do that and put you on the spot to sign documents so that they can collect money. This doctor is not qualified to do dental implants, please do yourself a big favor and go somewhere else who's properly trained, go to someone with a strong medical background for your treatment and not someone who brags about his engineering background.

Staff is very warm and welcoming. Dr. Jain is super passionate about his craft of implant dentistry and continues to invest in himself the staff and the entire practice with the latest technology, machines, classes, seminars and conventions.

I would highly recommend Dr. Sambhav Jain and his entire staff for any implant dental work, just for the mere reasons of his passion, knowledge and customer satisfaction that is at his fingertips at all points of the job; let alone his dedication and engineering skills to design and implement the Implants in the jaw bones. I would highly vote for all the Implants work to be analyzed and executed by Dr. Jain as he himself takes care of the implants locations in the mouth after careful evaluation and understanding of the full panoramic 3D Xrays, by understanding all the issues at hand with patients during and after the job with utmost patience. Another best part is there is no delay in getting teeth made as they are build from ground up with excellent top of the grade material right at their same dental facility in Fremont, CA.

This Dr. is not qualify to do dental implants. To prevent yourself from having to force legal actions, do your research and go go someone who can do the work properly.
Also this office is always over booked, they let you sit 6-9 hours and wait while the dentist runs back and forth to work on multiple patients, very unorganized and unprofessional. For dental implants, I suggest that you go to an implant specialist or an oral surgeon,not a general dentist, over time the implant will fail.

This doctor did a horrible job and took me for $5500.00 of which I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Dental Board and next going to seek legal counsel to make him responsible for his breach of satisfactory service. No one should be treated with such blatant disregard and have to endure 3 months without attention being made to correct a wrong procedure. I would not recommend this DMD to anyone.

Treatment plan not adhered to. Lots of papers signed while on dentist chair, my fault. Too much time wasted on chair waiting for dentist. Teeth cleaning done by masked assistant without identifying self. Speaking foreign language over patient during surgery.

Dr. jain took my 3D CT scan Xrays of my upper jaw and showed placement of three implants with sinus lift. I was amazed that he performed virtual surgery on my jaws on the computer even before he touched my mouth.I had lot of treatment done in my mouth but that was first time somebody demonstrated the job to be done this way.Dr. jain placed three implants with sinus lift at same time using minimally invasive technique and surprising thing is that i had to take only one vicodin next day and that is! The pain was less than having tooth pulled out.After six months i now have three crowns installed and i can chew properly. I am extremely pleased with work that has been done by Dr. jain.
