Kim is the best office manager I have ever met. Dr. Bissessar is rude and lacks client rapport.

A few weeks ago I had an appointment with Dr. Bissessar at EyeCare EyeWear. Wearing glassed for decades, I have been to both private doctors and “chain” stores for glasses. This was one of, if not the best experience I’ve had. When I arrived, the staff was friendly and the wait was minimal. The exam was professional and unrushed and Dr. Bissessar made me feel comfortable which was important as this was my first time visiting her. After my exam, the staff picked out a few trial frames which were all exactly the type of frames I was looking for. Typically it takes me a while to pick out frames. However, the staff were not pushy in the least and were very helpful - I was all set in no time. The designer frames I picked out were also very reasonably priced compared to ones I had see in other stores. In addition, I was also happy that the office allowed for the maximum discount offered by my insurance. Very good, pleasant, efficiency and affordable experience all together.

I had an eye exam and was very impressed with the dr instead of just ordering me 1 pair of trial contacts she ordered a couple so that I would not have to wait if the 1st pair did not work.
